1998- Earned a BA in US-Latin American Relations from Dickinson College. 

1999 – Moved to Miami and established a Real Estate presence

2007 – Market Crash: Fought like a warrior at the largest foreclosure law firm in Florida!

During those challenging five years Julia provided solutions to cure an unsurmountable amount of title defects and claims, amidst an avalanche of over 100,000 foreclosures a month. 

2008 – present

During this time, Julia

·  Has secured solid partnerships with renowned Miami title attorneys, such as Alexandre Ballerini

·  Has been appointed by two of the largest title underwriting companies, Fidelity National Title Insurance and First American Title Insurance,

·  Has ensured the utmost comprehensive security of her clients’ personal information with the Qualia software

On her spare time Julia enjoys sailing on her 25-foot Catalina around Biscayne Bay with her husband and two teenage boys. She enjoys the arts, exercising, and the beautiful South Florida beach sunrises.
