Founder of Safe Title

My name is Julia Argamin, and I’m the founder of Safe Title—a woman-owned title insurance company based in the heart of Miami Beach. I was born in Brazil and raised in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where my family settled after immigrating to the U.S. As a child of immigrants, I saw struggle up close. But I also witnessed something even stronger: perseverance. I grew up surrounded by family who never gave up, mentors who filled the gaps, and faith leaders who showed me that challenges are often opportunities to grow and to serve.

That foundation shaped everything.

I began my professional journey more than 20 years ago right here in Miami, working alongside respected real estate attorneys. From the beginning, one thing stood out to me—the amount of stress people carry during a real estate transaction. I saw realtors racing the clock, first-time buyers overwhelmed with emotion, and foreign investors trying to understand a complex process in a language not their own.

In the midst of that, I found my calling.

Through every role—auditor, closer, manager, I became the calm in the storm. The one who brought steadiness when others felt the pressure. The one who made sure the deal got done with care and clarity.

That’s why I founded Safe Title. Not just to process paperwork, but to create a company built on trust, relationships, and results. A place where every client feels supported, informed, and protected—every step of the way.

Safe Title is more than a closing company.
It’s the culmination of everything I’ve learned—and everything I believe in.

On my spare time I enjoy sailing on my 25-foot Catalina around Biscayne Bay with my husband and two young adult boys. I enjoy the arts, exercising, and the beautiful South Florida beach sunrises.
